The functions of the Board include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure that the mission of the school is thriving

• Ensure the school’s compliance with all safety & statutory requirements in the administration of programs for students and personnel

• Develop policies and regulations as needed for the functioning of the school

• Guide the development of long-range plans and securing institutional resources

• Oversee financial operations and determine capital expenditures

• Participate in ongoing assessment of the school’s performance
